they have gotten power crazy over there.
I was "banned" from using the chatroom the other night for pointing out the facts that overgrow.com was much better, and I mentioned that the new ads were an anoyance.
and I said that cannabis.com used to be much better.
this appearently made the moderator "phscho4bud" mad at me.
there were only 12 people chatting, and no one was really saying anything. so I expressed my feelings.
I guess my freedom of speech pissed them off.
the moderator sent me the reason why I was banned-
"get a life" was all he/she wrote.
how stupid
Ive been here for years, they still have one of my photos on the featured photos.
I'm not posting bullshit, I don't make threads like "rate the persons avatar above you" or "my dad found out I toke"
I usally post news articles or letters to the editor that people should know about.
I am a full time activist for the legalization of marijuana.

Very true, man. That's why I made this site, and it's not just for stoners. For one and for all, that's my motto!
Psycho4bud is a power-hungry mod, he is in no way "Fair&&Balanced" like it says.
For those who don't know, cannabis.com is and was the biggest cannabis site on the web...but the new owners are greedy fucks and that's all I have to say about that.

post I made on canna.com today got deleated.. without me being banned, or notified, just deleated.. within 3 mins of it being created..
All it was, was me expressing my feelings of chopping ethman's head off (w/e that fake blunt kid's account name was)

I'm no tattle tale, Yes i have grown my own marijuana, and i live in Canada where there is very liberal views on marijuana so i havent written any letters. I have signed about a half dozen petitions for various pro-marijuana causes.
I wanted to know you username over there because there have been alot of prominent members that have been banned or left in disgust.

It seems like random bannings seem to be the rule, not the exception over there now. Furthermore, I really dislike Psycho4Bud's ideas with "Fair Moderation"... because it seems like his idea of fair moderation is to just be an asshole to people having serious questions that have been answered (i.e. Why was the Psychotropics board removed?). Also, it seems like he likes the idea that everyone constantly obey his rules, or they get the fuck out.
It's just generally a bad way to try to moderate boards. I mean, I realize that it is hard to deal with people like us (hehehe)... but there has to be a better way to do it than Psycho's method of choice.
Like.. I enjoy the way that Kiwi moderates. She's fair, and she actually gives real information, as opposed to the bannings and general smartassness that seems to be the ilk of the rest of the moderators, Sundance. included.

I came here because of Jake's post on cann.com and I do like this board, at least we have freedom of speech, which was taken from cann.com a long time ago

I left for a while then came back and all this bs had started when I came back, now I don't even bother to post there that often

he/ she/ banned me for asking a few questions in the chat room (see my first posting here)
and all he/she gave me for a reason was
"GET A LIFE"
what's that? why didn't I even get a warning?
I guess it means nothing that I have been there for way more years than I can even remember!

Yeah i left for a month or so and when i came back there was a new owner, Psycho4bud was a moderator and everyone was getting banned and alot of threads , forums, and posts were deleted

i still dont mind cann.com, but i didnt really like it too much when they wouldnt let anyone post about acid or shrooms or something... For me it was in formative, as in, hey this guy had a bad time on that, maybe i shouldnt do it. But, the freedom of speech did drop quite a bit.
